When contacting me, please include your wedding date, how many people require makeup, the location of where you will be getting ready and the time of the wedding.
Do I have to book a trial?
No, trials are not compulsory. However, I recommend having one as they allow us to try different styles and decide which look you want to go with on your wedding day. It is also a nice opportunity to meet me before the big day and discuss any skincare or makeup queries you may have.
Where do you do trial makeup bookings?
Trial makeup bookings are done at my house in Brantham.
If accessibility is an issue, please let me know.
Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?
Yes I take a non refundable £50 deposit to secure the wedding date. This will then be taken off the total amount of the booking.
Please note, if your deposit is not received within 1 week of contacting me, the date will be released.
What happens if I need to cancel my wedding booking with you?
You can cancel up to two weeks before the wedding date. After this you will be charged the full amount.
For trial bookings, if you need to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before, a 50% charge will be applied. Cancellations on the day will be charged at the full amount.
When is the full balance of my wedding makeup due?
I will email you an invoice with the full breakdown of costs. Trials will not be included on the invoice as payment is required on the day of the trial.
Payment is due within 14 days of your wedding date.
How do you take payment?
Deposit payments must be paid via bank transfer. I will include this information on the invoice.
For trials, I take cash or bank transfer payment on the day.
Wedding day balance must be paid via bank transfer.
Will you travel to my venue on the wedding day?
Yes absolutely. Anything within a 10 mile radius of CO11 is included in the price. For anything after this, I charge an additional 30p per mile.
Do you charge for flower girl makeup?
I do not charge a fee for children 6 years or younger. However, it is worth noting that I would only apply minimal makeup, such as powder, blush and gloss.
For flower girls aged between 6-11, I charge £10 - this will also be minimal makeup application.
What makeup brands do you use?
I use a few, but my staples are Charlotte Tilbury, NYX Cosmetics, Estée Lauder, Nars and Mac.
